Our Story

👋Hi, I’m Emma - mum and founder of näpp.

Näpp started the way most good ideas do - out of necessity and a little bit of frustration. It was created from a desire to find sleepwear that truly worked in real life. Pieces that felt incredibly soft, moved with little ones and made everyday routines just that little bit easier.

Too often it felt like a choice between comfort, practicality and style. I wanted all three.

So I set out to create something better.

Every näpp piece has been consciously crafted using unbelievably soft and breathable bamboo lyocell. The sleepsuits are designed with considered details that make daily routines easier - from double-ended zips to fold-over feet and generous stretch for growing bodies.

Just as important is how our pieces are made. I believe babywear should be kind not only to delicate skin, but to the world our children are growing up in. That’s why we choose lower-impact materials, use responsible packaging and work with trusted partners who uphold strong ethical standards.

At its heart näpp is about making everyday moments easier, calmer and a little more joyful - for both babies and parents. Our sleepsuits are designed to be worn often, loved well and passed on - because the best pieces don’t just last, they live many little lives
