Our Returns Policy

We want you to love every näpp purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In their original condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging

How to Return

  1. Email us at hello@nappkids.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll confirm your return is eligible and provide return instructions
  3. Pack your item securely and send it to our return address
  4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been washed or worn
  • Items without original tags
